SharanStack provides web design, SEO, and UI/UX design services. Any additional services will be agreed upon separately in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

- Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Ensure you have legal rights to any content (e.g., images, text) provided for your project.
3. Payments & Fees
- A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion before final delivery.

4. Revisions & Edits

- SharanStack retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
- Any unused concepts or drafts remain the intellectual property of SharanStack.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure high-quality work, but we are not responsible for:
- Third-party software issues (e.g., hosting, CMS problems).
- Website downtime or security breaches after handover.
- Losses resulting from SEO changes or algorithm updates.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that service.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any private project details, pricing, or business information shared during the project.
9. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- A client fails to make payments.
- A client violates our terms or engages in unethical behavior.
